This month’s meeting is a chance to learn more about the Atlanta chapter. We’ll look back on the events we had this past year and look forward to upcoming events. It’s also a chance to learn how you can get more involved if you want.

This is a come and go event. You can stay the whole time or just show up when you can. This event is informal and fun. We’ll play games and talk about what’s coming up for 2010-11.

Note: We will hold our annual business meeting from 6:30-6:45.

Thursday, May 27 (note the event is on a Thursday this month)

6:30-8:00
Free for members; $10 for non-members
Mirant,1155 Perimeter Center West, Atlanta, GA 30338
Parking is free. You can park in the lot or the garage.

Rachel is a technical writer with experience in creating multiple types of documentation, from software release notes to feature demos. She has eight years of experience as a writer and is now starting to help with interface design and usability. She prefers working for software companies where she can work closely with developers and product managers. She holds an MS in Information Design and Communication from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta.
